Commissioner Hutchinson,

We are beginning some of our data collection efforts again.  Was wondering if you had a preference as far as when the data would be collected at Poe Springs Rd.?  Right now there may not be as much vehicle traffic at this intersection due to the cooler weather.  Seasonal traffic can influence results of a study.  Please let me know if you are ok waiting or to proceed with collecting data.
