In this environment, ensuring that the people responding to recently released individuals have lived expertise navigating the same systems becomes critically

Good morning, MPOAC Governing Board Members and Staff Directors. It was just brought to my attention that the original meeting notice that we sent out has the Governing Board Meeting starting at 3 today. The agenda and the meeting packet have the correct time of 2:00. I sincerely apologize for that mistake. I hope this does not impact your travel schedule. We have a lot on the agenda today which is why we extended the time for when the Governing Board joins the meeting. Again, I apologize for the mistake.

Commissioners, At today's commission meeting during my presentation, Commissioner Prizzia requested information regarding Vote-by-Mail requests. I have included that information along with the numbers from 2020 and 2022 below:
Because 2020 was such an outlier for vote-by-mail (pandemic related issues), we have averaged the volume of 2022 requests with the average of 2020 requests to get an "expected baseline" for what we expect for 2024.

I understand your concerns regarding the dust that occurs naturally with dirt or limerock roadways. Currently, the County does not have a dust control program for County-Maintained Graded roadways.
As for paving, since 2016 – 2017, the Board of County Commissioners has allocated General Fund (Property Taxes) dollars towards road rehabilitation projects. Commissioner Wheeler, I am writing in regards that the Alachua County Commission is considering pulling the consent of the Architecture and Engineering plan to add another cement pad for 3 more Pickleball courts at the Jonesville Rotary Park.
I am a senior citizen and retired nurse who has been playing there for the past 5 years and waiting for this improvement. Good Morning,
I am in receipt of your email below regarding CR 234. I understand your comments regarding the overall condition of the County’s road system. Unfortunately, up until recently, the County has not had a dedicated funding source to fund a Pavement Management System and, currently, there is a 30-to-40-year road surface maintenance backlog.

Commissioners,
Last year, representatives of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers as well as local electrical contractors approached the Board with a proposal for the County to regulate the licensure of the individuals performing work on electrical permits in Alachua County. The result is that it has been dug down and into the foundation. A
