I am pleased to send you this notice with copy of the letter for the disbursement of funds from the Emergency Communications Trust Fund to Alachua County; please see the attached PDF file. The amount was based on your county's population and submission of eligible costs for CHS maintenance.

The original hardcopy of this letter should be mailed with the warrant or direct deposit information. Alachua County should receive this disbursement within the next two weeks.

Please Note: These funds should not be included in the calculation of "County Carry Forward Funds and Excess Funding."
