This is the response I received from my survey crew:

“Our survey crew went to the site this morning and determined that this portion of County Right-of-Way has not been developed ( a paper street). From NE 36th Street west is woods. They walked the area and did not find a vehicle or any other item blocking the Right-of-Way and were unable to drive in the area because of trees. Jeff indicated there may have been a vehicle that was moved but there is nothing in the Right-of-Way as of 04/22/24.”

What are we missing?

Access to this fire hydrant to provide fire protection to nearby properties is being blocked due to the road block due to fence/overgrowth.
