Per your request, please find attached the repair service ticket report for the inmate phone system for the month of March 2024. As you can see from the report, there were 9 units that were
reported with problems during this timeframe with most repairs being completed within 48 hours of receiving the repair request. Types of repairs varied from complete outage of a phone, broken keypads as well as broken handsets. While onsite, the technician
also performs preventive maintenance on all other phone equipment in the area prior to receiving repair requests from jail staff.
