We were told by the Governors office and Other Agencies to contact individuals of the City of Gainesville Florida Mayor, Both Alachua County and Gainesville Florida Government City Commission and County Commissions , both City and County Chief Attorney Counsels , both City and County Chief Managers and Gainesville Chief of Police and Alachua County Sheriff to request a response , meeting and investigation be conducted to ensure proper compliance and due diligence is conducted to find out why, I myself Delores Cartwright and my son Kelvin Cartwright have been targeted by certain individuals within the Alachua County Government and city of Gainesville Florida local Government agencies, we have had problems for a period of time of illegal changes to accounts such as cellphone, electricity and other bill accounts, mail tampering/destruction and unwarranted tracking and surveillance by individuals with UF/IFAS and law enforcement connections to the city and county Governments of Alachua County and Gainesville Florida , complaints were filed for every violation to the appropriate Departments for each violation, private investigators have tag numbers and ran checks that determined who the vehicles belonged and registered to as well, individuals from Madonna's Equestrian Academy at 7624 NE 62nd Way, Gainesville, FL, 32609 who has ties/ connections with The Gainesville Reichert House https://m.facebook.com/reicherthouse/

Gainesville Police Department and Alachua County Sheriff’s Department and others local Government agencies, have played a part in this as well for unwarranted reasons, my son was trailed by an individual several times from Madonna’s Equestrian Academy and filmed this encounter as he confronted the female individual way into the western part of the city of Gainesville Fl , as she stated she thought he was someone else when we had measures in place showing she pulled out as my son left our home and she was at the stop sign to Modonna’s property and visits there regularly. Account information was removed from having our name on them to the individuals name

This was reported and verified by the State of Florida, FTC, and others. Even my Job folder with the city of Gainesville Fl and the Department of Justice’s juvenile justice folder were illegally accessed and information placed online and a case file for my son Kelvin Cartwright which the Governor office and State of Florida Pardon office needs the file, has been illegally removed/destroyed where the records are kept and maintained, a complaint was filed against Iron Mountain
