Please see the attached Order entered this week in the Southeast Landholdings, Inc. (Florence Landfill) matter. The parties are continuing to negotiate as part of the mediation process. The Parties are required to file a status report on or before May 8, 2024 regarding the status of the settlement negotiations at that time. Staff is continuing to monitor the situation and will continue to provide updates.
