Attached are a few thoughts I had to help with addressing the homeless situation in our beautiful city.  I understand you are working diligently in resolving this complicated situation and for that I am grateful.  With our Governor having recently signing bill HB1365 I'm sure you are doing everything you can to stay compliant.  This is an issue that for whatever the reason, by happenstance or whatever has caught my attention; and I wanted to present to you my thoughts. I hope the information I have attached is of some use.
