Subject: Hyatt Place retail leasing - Homeless situation

Over the last few weeks and months since you told me the homeless situation has gotten better, I have sent new both national and local potential tenants and brokers to preview the area and drive buy the site. Nearly all's feedback included the amount of homeless in the area as well as the immediate area that they feel will hinder them from operating a successful business opening up in the Hyatt Place or the surrounding Downtown area. 

 

This is significantly impacting out ability to successfully lease out the premises. Please advise on any new updates on when we can expect to see the area improved.
