We will be discussing the status of legislation to regulate vaping wholesale businesses doing business in Florida by forcing them to register every product that they sell in the state to check compliance with FDA regulations. The identical legislation is HB 1007: Nicotine Products (filed by Representative Tobin "Toby" Overdorf, R - District 85) and SB 1006: Nicotine Products (filed by Senator Keith Perry, R - District 9).
