Dear Healthy Couties Advisory Board:

After six wonderful years of working at NACo and leading their health and human services portfolio, I share with mixed emotions that my last day with NACo is today, March 27th. I will be moving on to a new and exciting opportunity as Director of Government Partnerships at AidKit, a social impact and tech startup company that helps organizations and government administer equitable and dignified cash programs.

Thank you all for the incredible work you’re doing to promote health equity and improve the health outcomes of residents. I am so inspired by your commitment to this field, and I will truly miss working with you at NACo. I hope to continue working with you in my new role at AidKit!

Annie Qing, health and human services program manager, is the new HCAB liaison and will be of great service to all of you as well as Meghan McQuillen, CDC public health program associate, who you all know. They are amazing and will support you on all things Healthy Counties! A recap on today’s call will be emailed to you through Annie. I would like to thank Chair Howerton for her dedication and leadership!

During my transition and in my absence on anything involving my role in serving you, Ashleigh Holand, Counties Futures Lab Director will be your contact. She is included on this email.

This is not a goodbye, but farewell and see you soon! I will miss you all!
