ICI Homes for Hope Initiative Celebrates Major Milestone in Gainesville, FL with Mid-

Construction Event

Gainesville, FL – March 21, 2024 – ICI Homes, a leading name in innovative home design and construction, proudly announces a significant milestone in its ICI Homes for Hope project, a philanthropic endeavor taking place within the Oakmont community in Gainesville, Florida. Today marked the celebration of the project reaching its framing stage, an essential step that precedes drywall going up, signifying that the home is officially on the market.

The ICI Homes for Hope initiative is a testament to the power of community and corporate philanthropy, with the proceeds from the sale of the home being directly donated to four local Greater Gainesville charities: the Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases, the Rex & Brody Foundation, the PACE Center for Girls, Alachua, and Junior Achievement of Alachua County. These organizations play crucial roles in enhancing the quality of life for residents within the community through their dedicated services.

To commemorate this milestone, a Mid-Construction event was held, attended by notable figures such as Gainesville Mayor Harvey Ward, Florida Senator Keith Perry, and Greater Gainesville Chamber COO Ian Fletcher. Each speaker highlighted the significant impact the ICI Homes for Hope initiative will have on the community and expressed their support for this noble cause.

Florida Senator Keith Perry expressed his appreciation, saying “ICI Homes, what a great partner to be in the Gainesville area and come here and do this. You know what makes a community is people like you.”

Adding to the excitement, ICI Homes announced the incorporation of top-of-the-line smart home features into the Costa Mesa floor plan of the house located at 3580 SW 120th Terrace, Gainesville, FL 32608. This stunning design boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 3-car garage, and spans 2,565 square feet, all on a single story, making it an ideal home for a wide range of buyers.

“This home is being built with some of our latest smart home technology that we’re starting to put into the new homes that we’re building,” Dan Middleton, ICI Homes Project Manager at Oakmont, told us.

The home is now officially for sale, and interested parties are encouraged to inquire quickly, as it represents a unique opportunity to own a beautifully designed, smart-enabled home while contributing to a worthy cause.
