The Florida Department of Transportation will be holding Regional Information Sessions on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the FDOT Jacksonville Urban Office Training Building, 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida.  Invitations have been emailed to all municipalities within our 18 counties encouraging them to attend these informative sessions.

Grant Information Session – 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

The infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) created new discretionary grant programs.  Learn more about applying for grants and delivering grant projects in this interactive session with FDOT and FHWA.

Strategic Intermodal System (SIS) Update – 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

The Strategic Intermodal System (SIS) is Florida’s highest priority for transportation capacity investments.  Recent updates to the SIS Policy Plan recognize that local networks can support the movement of people and goods on the SIS.  Join FDOT to hear more about this policy update and the proposed SIS Cost Feasible Plan that prioritizes future investments in SIS.

Space is limited.  If you plan on attending the sessions, the flyer contains the registration link but is also listed here:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/338R2JV
