Hi, Raemi,

Perhaps you are aware that a couple of weeks ago some entity (not sure who) completely removed all of the berm material along NW 98th St and NW 23rd Ave (both concrete blocks and dirt piles) that had been erected to divert water flow away from the properties backing up to 98th Street just south of the Hills of Santa Fe entrance.  It looks very nice, but what about this summer when the rains come again and we have more flooding?  What's going to divert the water flow then?

Is there another plan in place?  Something perhaps a little more permanent?  Like a permanent concrete berm or barrier?  The neighborhood is naturally very concerned and fearful that the county has (again) forgotten us.

What assurances can you give us that this is not the case?!
