The Florida Springs Institute's executive director and renowned springs expert Dr. Robert Knight is teaching a FREE 6-part lecture series on the springs, covering a broad range of topics. The first five classes, titled Springs Overview, Springs Hydrogeology, Springs Chemistry, and Springs Biology, and Springs Stresses were a great success! For those who attended in-person, thank you for joining us. We had a packed house each time and look forward to another one! For those that attended via FB Live, thank you for tuning in!
The Springs Academy lecture series class #6 will take place at our new location at the Florida Springs Welcome Center in historic downtown High Springs.

Classes are held on the second Tuesday of every month, from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. Participants who attend all 6 classes (either online or in-person) will receive a certificate of completion. Drop-ins are welcome! No need to register in advance.
June 14th - Springs Overview

August 9th - Springs Chemistry
September 13th - Springs Biology
October 11th - Springs Stresses
November 8th - Springs Advocacy
Discussion will go as deep as our time and audience allows.
