to call something a vaccine and it doesn't meet the definition of what a vaccine is supposed to be, or do, namely, protect you from a defined viral infection and protect others from you spreading this disease to them. The mRNA injections do not meet that standard

COVID INJECTION REFUSAL STATEMENT
Professor of Law Francis A Boyle’s Statement for Any Person to Refuse to Submit to or to Administer the COVID Gene Therapy Injection:
This injection is not a vaccine, it is Gene Therapy and it falls under the Nuremberg Code on Medical Experimentation that the United States Government has used to prosecute,
