How the Virtual Summit Will Work

The Auditorium provides delegates access to live program sessions and the ability to watch previous sessions on demand. With 4 concurrent tracks, you will access to over 50 project delivery and market discussions. All sessions will be available for viewing through December 31st. 

 

Lobby

Our Lobby is where you start and where you'll explore the different halls we've designed. Connect with exhibitors, access our resource center for research material, network with our audience in video enabled 1 on 1s, and more. Got questions? Our help desk is available during all hours of this year's event. 

 

Virtual Exhibition

The Expo Hall is where conference delegates will meet our partners. 

Learn more about new project delivery approaches, best practices, and services while connecting and talking live with exhibitors and presenters.

 

Networking Hall 

We know how important it is to connect. Our video enabled networking hall will allow you to interact with all Conference delegates. Each day you'll connect with presenters, setup private & group meetings, and meet owners and industry representatives during networking hours.

This year's event is dedicated to Covid-19 response and recovery. If there's one common issue that we're all considering is how local, state and federal agencies are adjusting what priorities are changing, and how capital planning programs are going forward today.

The 2020 Virtual Event Overview

 

This year's program has been designed to work with your schedule.

  • The program runs live from 12:00 – 4:00 pm EST each day. All sessions will be recorded and available so you can watch what you miss at your convenience.
  • Each day's program begins with an opening general session, followed by 3 hours of project delivery presentations and interactive panel discussions.
  • This year's sessions follow a 30 minute presentation format, with an additional 15 minutes reserved for real-time audience Q&A.
  • Daily agenda provides a 30 minute mid-day break to allow for other work, networking, and to meet with event partners in our Virtual Exhibit Hall.
  • Join us each day from 4:00 - 5:00 pm EST for our video enabled virtual networking hour. Connect with our attendees, advisors, owners, and learn more.
  • Presentation slides and resources will be made available to all attendees.
