Just FYI—here’s a real real year-year example comparison  for Cultural Affairs state funding for the Fla Museum of Natural History:
We received $9,784 this year, down 80% from last year’s award of $48,913. 
(And the Museum wasn’t included on County staff’s list.) 
 And the previous year before that we received $93,193. (So roughly 50% cut then 80% cut)
So it’s been a drastic cut over three years.
