My name is Jeff Fitzsimmons.  While I have known Paul for many years I think we have only met once a longtime ago.  I was wondering if you could give me some guidance on the board meeting tomorrow.  I am a property owner on Lake Santa Fe and I was wondering if individuals would be given an opportunity to speak at tomorrows meeting regarding the new dock policies under consideration?  Also, what time would be appropriate to attend the meeting on this topic?  Thank you,
