Good afternoon PEACE PARTNERS,

I pray all is well with each of you. It is with great honor and gratitude to say we have reached another milestone of our mission to pave the way for a better community for our youth and families. This year we celebrate 25 years. In honor of this milestone we are planning our Silver Jubilee consisting of a Silver Gala (July 13th) and our 25th Annual Stop The Violence Back To School Rally (Saturday, July 27th at TBA).

We were planning on having the rally at Santa Fe College again but they are having issues with flooring and although they were waiving the fee to use it because we would have to use their formal carpet the rate is now up to over $4,000. 

I have attached the actual quote. 

We inquired about the sportsplex at Celebration Pointe but they are booked that day. We inquired of the O’dome and they are booked as well. 

So we pretty much we are stuck here but we did not budget for this $4,000. 

We already  have a $2,500 line item in your budget and we are grateful. 

We use that for the banner we put across University Avenue which we have already booked for this year. 

For this year would you all consider going up to the Ambassador: Stage Sponsorship Level for at least a $6,500 total sponsorship or the Title Sponsorship at $10,000. 

We have imparted and served our County for the past 25 years and we are not stopping. We envision this being more than a milestone celebration but a reminder to our youth, young adults and parents that violence is not the answer to our conflicts.
