A few county officials I spoke with at NACo told me that most of you are looking to expand your constituent outreach beyond emails, contact forms, and mailings.

They tell me that (1) emails aren't always effective and can be difficult to succeed with, (2) contact forms are passive and lacks personal touch, and (3) people often discard their mail.
