Chair Prizzia and Commissioners,
The BOCC adopted rule VI, (B): Public participation provides for the pooling of time for persons in attendance at meetings. 
While this rule was explained by the county attorney when I asked,  the process to execute this option is not explained in the rules, nor was it explained by the attorney. 
How exactly does this process work?
