  I am unable to attend Monday’s meeting in person but want my opinion heard. Regarding the above: I strongly oppose this plant as it will impact the quality of life for our residents. We have experienced in towns with such facilities (Amarillo comes to mind) a stench, water depletion and general health hazards—bacteria, 18 wheeler traffic, etc. 
  PLEASE reconsider this most impactful, harmful addition to our otherwise peaceful and country atmosphere.
