I contacted you last month about a neighbor junking up his yard and trying to run a kayak business. You gave me Tom Alfred’s # and he has been on this neighbor. Now we have another issue. The garbage trucks will no longer come down our street after next week because the turn by our crazed neighbor has gotten smaller and smaller as he encroaches on the street. We have five people on our road with disabilities. The garbage supervisor says we will have to take our garbage up in front of the Yearling Restaurant. Tom says Doug Bittner owns the road in front of his house and can block it if he wants to. So, how will we have access to our homes from that end? How will fire trucks get out once they come down our road and it’s blocked off at one end. The east end of the road is on the curved part of 325 and we really don’t like going out that way.
     I know our  road is not county maintained, but the people on the road must have some rights to using the road and having safe access by county service vehicles, delivery vehicles, etc.
     Please look into this. The neighbors on my street, especially the disabled ones are getting stressed out about the garbage issue.
