The Aug 2021 $30 million bonds issue contains this statement:"The Loan Agreement contains this statement: “The date of completion of the Initial Project (note: the Sports Center) shall be determined by the County Administrator, who shall certify such fact in writing to the Board.”

I am requesting the written certification record provided to the BOCC determining the completion of the ACSEC, (Sports Center).
