Dear Commissioner Cornell,

I live on North E. 225th St. where the fence separates your Black Lake Preserve. On numerous occasions, I have seen deer on either side of the fence injuring themselves trying to get through the fence.

I know that part of the counties intent is to create this as a preserve for wildlife, but without holes in the fence for the deer to go through, many are becoming injured. The only part of thatThe only part of that finch that has a hole cut for wildlife is on State Road 26, - the most dangerous place for animals to ingress and egress.

I beseech you to have some holes cut in that fence along Northeast 225th St. so deer and other local wildlife can enter and leave the preserve at will.

Thank you for your consideration of the above.
