Dear Commissioners,

I am writing to you As a concerned citizen to express my profound concerns about the treatment of inmates in the county jail. It has come to my attention that at least 2 inmates were severely beaten by guards. I would like to know whether these inmates have been provided with adequate medical care. I would also like to know whether these guards have been disciplined for their actions. In my opinion, any guard who abuses their power in this manner should be terminated. I also would like to know what steps are being taken to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.
