Good morning,
I am sure the  justfoia system  allows for complete compilation of all public record requests and the records associated with the satisfying of those requests. 
Does the county have a centralized share file for public access to review all requests made and those records provided? If not, this would be a valuable asset for the public.
This would provide for a more efficient use of public resources and avoid unnecessary duplication of staff time.
