I noticed there is a sale pending on that huge acreage on Newberry Road and Ft Clarke blvd. Can you please provide some information about this? This is the same area sold a number of years ago despite county Growth Management not approving it and the State Roads department saying that the roads could not support more traffic.  That was years ago and the traffic has only become worse, the area schools are over crowded and flooding has become an issue during certain storms. Please help me and the public understand what is being planned and how the commission is planning to handle it. Thanks! Myrna Neims
