    Dear Mr. Sexton,

I am writing because I have been traveling outside of Alachua County recently and noticed that no where is it as restrictive as it is here. I have traveled to local communities and no where are the people as uptight while out and about as they are here in Alachua. You are not turned away at stores, can purchase groceries and go about your daily business much easier than here. The mask order is a farce, people spend half their day tugging and pulling at the mask which totally negates the effectiveness of wearing one. It is bad enough that Local, State and Federal governments have wrecked our economy and continue to do so by limiting how a business can open and or conduct themselves. Alachua County Commissioners aren’t happy with that, they want to totally drive a business into bankruptcy. Are they truly thinking of the people? I think not. Alachua County is full of government employees as well as bid institutional employees. The people most affected are the poor and blue collar worker they claim to care about. What a farce.

    Best Regards,

    Leticia Oleksy
