I appreciate your taking the time to meet with me today to be introduced to the Communities That Care CLT. As a citizen initiated non-profit, we seek to become an effective and reliable collaborator in creating and preserving a stock of affordable and accessible housing for Alachua County residents. We touched on many of the housing challenges facing our community and the unique role the CLT can play in crafting solutions. We look forward to working closely with you and your colleagues on the commission.
