Dear commissioners and planners,

Please ask the Property Appraiser why the GIS Public Viewer website is extremely slow? Is the non-public site just as slow? Do developers and real estate speculators pay for access to a special faster link, too? I’m concerned this will hamper much needed urban renewal and owner-occupied housing.
