Ms. Wheeler -

You should be ashamed of yourself for suggesting “overturning” a measure that will help ensure ACTUAL representation for previously marginalized voters:  rural, voters of color, etc.

The current rules protect INCUMBENCY and ensure we get 5 carbon-copies on the BOCC.  That is not how democracy is supposed to work.
