Commissioners,
Please provide funding for Grace Marketplace.  Although not a perfect solution to the homeless problem, it certainly seems to provide a place for those who need it.  Our church, Holy Trinity, provides bag lunches for the residents at Grace every Wednesday, and we consider that Ministry to be time and money well spent.
