David,

I don't understand why you keep requesting from us the data that you
already have.

Karl has sent you real-time snapshots of the bears in the panhandle
while the dogs were running and pushing the bears south where they get
into human conflicts and had to cross roads. This came from your office
- part of Walt's project.

If you would just cease to pretend there are "too many bears in Florida"
and they cause the human conflicts, it would be a good start to actually
telling the truth to the public.

Burning in the bear management plan does not protect the bears from the
burns - it is a management decision to burn/not burn with no regs or
rules that can be enforced. This is called a farce. Burning the bear
food should be cruelty to animals - it meets the Florida definition.

Please confirm you have the panhandle data from Walt's study showing the
dogs pushing the bears south and across roads and clearly shows it is
"affecting bear sub populations and/or conflict levels."

Thank you.
