Dear Country Commission,
As you consider cutting funding for Grace Marketplace today you should also consider the consequences of cutting their funds. 
For over 30 years I have heard how local government wants to end homelessness but cutting funds would be a step backwards. The funds you are considering cutting will have a big impact on people living on the streets and finding them housing, mental healthcare, counseling etc. Please show you are not just paying lip service to helping homeless people and provide full funding to Grace.
