Removing Ramon...

Based on what he advised, there does not seem to be active progress, 
witch a design phase in progress and a wait based on land rights.

There will always be excuses to put off what needs to be done. This road 
has been neglected for decades with usage increasing year after year.

The last time the road looked good it had Keanu Reeves and Charlize 
Theron riding eastbound while filming a movie.

What needs to happen before work can commence and what date is the road 
expected to be improved?
