Commissioners,
I respectfully request the above noted item be removed from consent to the regular agenda for the 9-12-2023 Regular BOCC meeting. 
This item has been lingering for 2 years, and it would be appropriate to provide the public an open discussion of the status and details of this program. 
Also, the RCAC advisory board has been discussing this program for years as well, and I am sure the board would appreciate the open discussion.
