FYI, please see below.

The Community Cultural Arts Center (please see the link below) that the City is developing would be a major tourist attraction for our region.  I have spoken to Commissioner Duncan-Walker and I know this is one of her highest priorities for District 1. If given the opportunity, I would expect that the City would seek some TDC funding. 

I wanted you to see this so that it was on your radar.
