Mr. Sexton,
I just received a phone call from Latoya regarding the above subject. I called her earlier with an inquiry. As you recall, I spoke with you above the use of the call in option and I also spoke to it during the 3-28-23 Regular BOCC meeting. We agreed it had been utilized for another public meeting outside of the 12:00 public comment policy. 
Due to the interest in the above noted meeting, and due to the on going health concerns by some of the public when in close proximity to others, I am requesting your recommendation to the BOCC to utilize this system. 
How was the previous decision to use the system in other public meetings decided?
