The Dec 31, 2022, Omnibus Agreement allows for ONE Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for the Sports Center, expiring March 31, 2023, at which time the construction is to be completed and a Final Certificate is to be issues around May 12, 2023.  On Feb. 6, 2023, the TCO expires.

I am requesting the authorizations for the following TCO’s for the ACSEC:
1. The second TCO dated Feb. 17, 2023
2. The third TCO dated May 26, 2023
3. The fourth TCO dated June 28, 2023
4. The fifth TCO dated Sept. 7, 2023
5. The sixth TCO dated October 26, 2023
6. The seventh TCO dated Feb 25, 2024
