Ms. Lieberman,

The vote of the BOCC on August 9, 2022 to exercise ARTICLE 15, TERMINATION, of the Joint Planning Agreement requires a 180 day written notice. I am requesting a copy of this written notice.

Also, ARTICLE 2. PURPOSE AND AUTHORITY OF AGREEMENT, paragraph c., set forth the conditions and procedures under which the County and City will accomplish joint planning and service delivery within the Joint Planning Area. County staff announced this process would be coming back to the BOCC later this year. I assume this condition has been eliminated along with the termination of the JPA. Correct?
