I am writing my concerns for myself and my 94 year old Mother. My Mother has lived in Charlestowne for 20 yrs and I have lived in Charlestowne for a year. Charlestowne has always been a lovely, quiet safe neighborhood. We always loved looking out at the well maintained golf course, until NOW! Also, there never were golfers or activity on the golf course in the evening and NO lights at night! 

I have many relatives who live in Ft Lauderdale, Ponte Vedra, and Coral Gables, who were totally in disbelief that our county would allow a tracer golf commercial entertainment center to be constructed in our residential quiet neighborhood.  They all have been to this type of golf and have told me in these much larger cities, they are always fronting major large highways, with noticeable lights, and have a party environment with the drinking! This is definitely not an extension to our quiet golf course, but a new type of commercial entertainment center! 

It is sad to possibly see a lovely quiet neighborhood, be changed into something undesirable. This is not what I invested in when I purchased my retirement home.
