To: Alachua County Commissioners
You mentioned (at 6/6 special mtg) that there will be meetings on 7/10 and 7/11 re: the proposed slaughterhouse. Since you know a month ahead of time, all people in Alachua County should be informed of these meetings ASAP in order for people to adjust schedules to be able to attend these meetings. All platforms of information should be used. People should be told where and when these meetings will be held and how to access agendas and back up materials.
