Good morning Chair Prizzia and Commission,
The above noted agenda item raises concerns:
1) the Surtax appointments should be vetted and confirmed on the regular agenda, not the consent. 
2) there is no record of the process exercised to secure this application. What is the communication process for engaging the public to serve on this voter approved oversight board?
3) Mr. Drummond states on his application he served on the Charter Review Board as vice chair. The attached letter shows otherwise, as he resigned very early in the CRC work schedule. The BOCC appointed a replacement to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Drummond. 

I support a vigorous out reach effort to engage the public for applicants to serve on this board, and this application should be rejected. It seems Mr. Drummond has embellished his application and does not have the temperament to serve with others nor does he take his commitments seriously.
