Good morning Commissioner Alford,
Please have consent items #12 and #13 removed from consent and placed on the regular agenda for discussion and clarification. Item #13 is for an undisclosed settlement amount and item #13 is for $5,180,184.73 of public money write-offs. 
While, I will be unable to participate in the discussion, as I will be working and with no option for call in comments, I will only be able to listen to the discussion.
