I meant to talk to you this morning to let you know that I used you as a reference for the position.  I listed you as an MD, Professor of Medicine and as the Chief Medical Officer of Florida Medicaid.  I appreciate your offer of a letter.  There was not a way to submit a letter separately from the application so the reference seemed appropriate in lieu of that letter.
