Good Afternoon Scott,

I answered “maybe” on the meeting this week.  I do plan to attend but I need to leave a few minutes before 8 if we aren’t finished.  I will be speaking on a webinar about the NIB (the resolution in support was passed without debate by NACO at the meeting in DC last week).
