Dear Commissioner Cornell,

I am a reporter with WUFT-FM and I’m currently doing a story on the movement of the Alachua County Fair for a school project. I’d like to interview you on your opinions on the commissioner’s decision to cut ties with the Alachua County Fair Association. Would it be possible to interview you at any time today (04/15) or tomorrow (04/16)? I can also interview you Wednesday (04/18) any time from 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM. The interview should take less than ten minutes and is for radio purposes, so no cameras will be involved. Feel free to contact me at any time. Thank you and I look forward to your reply!
