The IFAS Analytical Services Laboratories (ANSERV Labs) in Gainesville, comprising of -Analytical Research Lab, Environmental Water Quality Lab, Extension Soil Testing Lab and the Livestock Waste Testing Lab- are open and are functioning normally during this period. The labs are receiving samples regularly both in the mail and also via several drop-offs, in person.

Please note, however, access to the Labs is not available at this time in view of the risks related to COVID-19.

A cart with paperwork and clip boards is placed outside the front door for those researchers and others bringing samples in person. Additional assistance or sample custody for certified samples can be sought from the lab personnel by calling the number on the front door.

Also, all forms are available on the web sites (arl.ifas.ufl.edu  or soilslabifas.ufl.edu) and lab personnel can be contacted during working hours by phone or email.
